Description:
Mainstreaming/improving nutrition across the food system - whether through innovations in the value chain, or in food environments - entails nudging individual behaviors and institutional shifts towards more nutritious choices. By presenting case studies of social marketing and behavior change communication for nutrition, this session aims to help participants identify entry points for behavior change within their own nutrition-centred programs and communities.
