The ChangeMakers Connect Forums have been identified as a safe space for women in nutrition and food systems across the globe to meet, connect and share challenges in an effort to find solutions and also share advice from various contexts. These Forums aim to connect us with each other and hopefully inspire each other to stay courageous as we try to do what we have to for a well-nourished world collectively. We have previously had spotlight dialogues where we have had senior career women come to share their experiences on specific leadership topics and how they have navigated leadership challenges in nutrition and food systems from various contexts. The spotlight dialogues have been a source of inspiration to many in the Collective. 

In this forum, we shall resume the spotlight dialogues that will feature women from different career levels and contexts.  We shall begin with a presentation from the Task Team on important updates on what we have been working on since the start of 2022. The spotlight dialogue speakers will feature: 

• Saskia Osendarp - Executive Director Micronutrient Forum, Netherlands
• Tebogô Thandie Leëpile (Tebby) - PhD Candidate in Integrated Studies in Land and Food Systems at University of British Columbia, Botswana.
