Hazel has been deeply involved with the creation and implementation of the Women’s Empowerment in Agriculture Index. She speaks about the creation and evolution of the WEAI index, and offers her thoughts on how early career researchers can contribute to efforts to refine various aspects of WEAI and move the important work of global women’s empowerment forward.
