Project: SHEFS is a Wellcome Trust funded project (£5 million), exploring sustainable food systems in India, South Africa, and the UK.

Role: Researcher supporting the Indian team and responsible for food policy analysis, community participatory research, and questionnaire surveys. Topics include trends in urban India food purchases; sustainable food policy; the role of dairy in sustainable food systems; sustainable food labelling; relationships between food security, dietary diversity, and BMI; and the environmental impact of food waste practices.

Output: 5 articles & 2 research briefs to date

Hello Ma'am, That is an excellent project. I am from India , working as a community health doctor in a medical institute. I am interested about Nutrition research and how to improve the nutrition habits of our community which are sustainable in the long term.
