Anjali Ganpule-Rao, Ph.D. Nutrition has over 20 years of experience in health and nutrition-related research, is an experienced teacher, is certified in clinical research, and is a diabetic educator. Experienced in handling human and animal nutrition studies. Internationally trained to use techniques for measurement of nutritional status, physical activity, and body composition. She has expertise in conducting maternal and child health, food systems, and food policy-related research projects. She has been the lead for various international Sustainable and Healthy Food Systems projects. Expert in nutritional data management and analysis. She is the recipient of an IMMANA postdoctoral fellowship, CASNA fellowship, and Ford Foundation research grant and has actively worked on Wellcome Trust, UK-funded research projects with national and international teams.
