Teaching Resources
|
In response to a well-articulated demand from the ANH Academy global community of researchers and educators, a Curriculum Enrichment Working Group was established, with the intention of designing an initiative to support lecturers in teaching interdisciplinary agriculture, nutrition and health topics. As part of this initiative, the Working Group conducted a mapping exercise of existing teaching materials on these topics available online. On these pages you will find a directory of existing teaching resources, compiled by Emily Fivian, IMMANA Research Assistant, in consultation with the Working Group. The majority of these resources are open access, with no fees associated. If you know of any materials that you feel the ANH community could use or adapt for interdisciplinary teaching and learning, please submit them using this form and we will add them to these pages. |
